Roger, Having sold Ford, Chevy and Dodge trucks I will say that I will stick to a Ford. It seems they had less mechanical problems (techs would speak in favor of the Fords). Dodge were notorious for tranny problems specially before Daimler got a hold of them. If you are going to plow I suggest, if you can afford it, an F250.
