[V8] Serp belt damper

Thanks Kneale!    Mr. Phillips sent me the EKTA page -- which is really
what I needed.   My belt is sqealing like a stuck pig, and I just like
to have a visual because that area is tough to see.

	What page are you looking for?  The parts page?  I don't recall
anything in the service guide about the shock absorber.
