[V8] Interesting Audi for sale

Funny you should mention it.  I was looking at the German Auto Connection
website yesterday shopping for a piece of Audi, and looked at the pictorial
of the creation of this car.  It is interesting, but no interior pics?

I think I have mixed emotions about the car.  You may recall that I did a
whole lot of fantasizing with my former wrench about putting an early 928 V8
motor into my '89 Avant.  In the end the idea died of its own weight. Why we
never considered a 3.6 Audi V8 beats me...the idea never came up.

Since that time I have wondered about it, and now that I am
stationwagonless, I am still thinking about how much I LIKE the Type 44
Avant.  So, how about a V8 Avant?  

But after having a 200-Valve Avant, a better question, is WHY have a V8
Avant?  

Right now there is a 20Valve Avant in Wisconsin (I think) that was formerly
a car from the mid Atlantic.  Quite a lot of miles, but cosmetically, the
car looks pretty good.  Good price, too.  Almost good enough to think
about...but right now, I am merely watching and waiting....and of course, I
need another truck pretty soon, too.

And my wife needs a new kitchen...or something or other....always turns up.
