[V8] Steering Damper replacement

What, you all don't remove the upper radiator hose to change out the
steering damper??  I'll have to try that trick.

Yeah, uh, I'm currently working on both the belt damper and the steering
wheel column... So I saw steering damper and, literally, put two and two
together.  Duh.
