[V8] FW: [Marketplace] Cars: 1991 Audi V8 Quattro 5-Speed

I was a bit surprised to see this ad.  I thought I'd post here that I've seen the car ... in fact I've actually driven it.  The current owner is a stickler for the cosmetics, the car is very clean, but it wasn't running well.

He had asked me to help him figure out some running problems ... unfortunately I couldn't get ProDiag to hook up to the ECU to learn anything more.  After I left I figured out that the fuse that supplies the diag circuits is probably blown, but Mikael never called me back.  When I left the car it was actually running pretty well, but I suspect it may have returned to its old behavior.  I believe the car was sitting for a while unused up in the PNW (Spokane?) area.  I think Ron may know more about the history of the car ...

If anyone would like for me to give the car a more detailed evaluation, contact Mikael to make sure the car's still available, and then let me know.  I can say that when I drove it the car seemed to have pretty good power, and the exhaust made it sound pretty good to me!
