[V8] Door lock versions

Chris Miller's website has a quote from Steve B. describing the 
differences between the lock assemblies.  I went in today to verify 
which I had before ordering parts, but I'm still not sure.  Where is 
this "visible rubber seal" going to be?  I had a round rubber o-ring on 
the lock cylinder itself, but without taking the inner frame off, I 
couldn't be sure.  I took pictures, but each came out fuzzier than a 
newborn kitten.

Also, once I figure out which version I have, how does one determine 
which part #'s in ETKA are which version?
