[V8] Front Brake Lines

  Thanks for the information, as luck would have it, I converted my car to G60's long ago.  So, I should be okay with lines that would be suitable for a G60 car?  That's kind of what I was thinking, but I wanted to run it by the more knowledgable sources here.

  I don't have any new G60 brake lines in my supply of parts to compare with my UFO ones, but I recall that when I did have both on hand, the G60 was identical except maybe a quarter to half inch longer than the UFO.  That's an old fart's recollection, now.  If someone has some G60 lines they can measure, I can check the UFOs I have in stock to make certain.  In other words, the $12 G60s might be just a tad longer, which would be no problem that I can think of.  Otherwise, I think the ends were the same.

It's been a long time since I have posted. As Ron W. knows my V8 has been sitting for quite some time, awaiting its rack replacement. Well, a friend and I finally dug into that task today (not a real good time). But we have made some headway, and now are awaiting some parts in order to start reassembling.

I do have a question though: the front brake lines are cracked and I have started looking for replacements. Any other similiar model has front brake lines in the twelve dollar range, yet the ones for the V8 are forty six? Any reasoning behind the price variance? Is there a line from another model that might work, but maybe is a slightly different length? I am hoping someone else has researched this in the past.
