[V8] Engine Trim

I've had the experience of finding trim screws and other bits own in hidden
places too.  I think it's pretty cool when that happens.

I would suggest simply removing the silver paint that is left.  I did this
on the emblems on my 83 GTI (or was it my 86 CGT?).  They were beginning to
show wear and instead of trying to restore them, I sanded them very lightly
and left them all black.  To each their own...
