There are two things that stand out. First, Bastian, the sport seats that 
you are talking about in the later cars........we didn't get them here. The 
4.2 cars came with the connely seats only. Second, the glove box on the 4.2 
cars is pathetic. I don't know if that can be directly changed with one from 
the early cars. however, if I had one, I'd find out.

For me the standout difference is the climate control. If you aren't an 
*Auto* sort of guy (I'm not) then the adjustability of the later system is a 
big advantage. If you mostly leave the CC on auto anyhow, there's really not 
a big difference between them.
