[V8] Hood OPEN!

Thanks for the suggestion.  For all of us with a 2nd V8.  I inspected the functioning car and fab'd a 1/8 inc welding rod with a hook.
Simple from the grille.

I got it by jacking the car up a few inches, reaching up with a stubby 
phillips, and removing the side-marker lights.  This allowed one to 
reach in through marker light access hole and easily reach the rods you 
need to push.

Others have made progress with coat hangers through the grille.
