[V8] Water pump leaking

I'm not putting blame on Bruce and I wont ask him to replace the pump. Just wondering what went wrong.
Good looking out on the tension #'s but I still don't believe that the belt is over tensioned.
Next time I'll be sure to set it between 130-133mm and as I did the first time I'll be sure to turn the engine several times and recheck tension.

What's I'm gunna do? I'm going back in because I'm obsessed with this car (or possessed!) as I know a lot of other listers are.
 My friend asked me
"Don't you wish you would have just payed someone else to do the job?" I said "NO!"
