[V8] How many is too many

It's definitely not your average road.  On the west side, from Aspen to the
top, there were sections where it was too narrow for two vehicles to pass
each other, with no center line, and I don't recall any signage related to
this.  In several places, the edge of the pavement might as well be the edge
of the world.  On the east side, the road was noticeably better and more
consistent with very little of the aforementioned issues.  

Not for the faint of heart.
