Evenly tight vs the absolute number....? There are 2 numbers floating around in the various audi docs for PP specs on those allens...? 18 and 26lb/ft (and I pointed out to bentley publishers back in 1994, the the 5ktq misprint as 55lb ft).? Put loctite blue on the bolts, 6mm hardened allen heads are usually max of 26.? They are really for sheer load (as are the pins), so just tight enough to sock down the PP flat to the flywheel is all you really need.? I've used flywheels with 2 missing pins without any problem, but you need all 6 allen bolts to evenly clamp the PP to the FW.

Ron,

Not in front of my computer right now, but maybe check Chris Miller's 200q20v
site. I know there was a miss-print in the Bentley. Also check the Family Album.
Specs might be there as we'll IIRC.

Listers, I can't seem to find the torque specs for the 6 allen head bolts that
bolt the pressure plate to the flywheel.
 Anyone ASAP :-)

Obviousley this is for a 5sp... not an Auto.

 Thanx
Ron
