There are plenty of Silicone sealers that are O2 sensor safe, RTV seems
to be the O2 killer.  
Silicone Lubricant is just that, it's a lubricant for silicone rubber and
does not contain silicone rubber AFAIK.  Engine oil doesn't contain
engines and wiper fluid doesn't contain wipers AFAIK either.  ;-)

I'd still check the MDS and Data Sheets of anything you're not sure
about.  If it's an automotive application it's usually right on the
label.
