[V8] cooling troubleshooting & temp sensors

We don't know much about the problem symptoms ... but the first overheat
mechanism I became aware of for the V8Q was a failure of the viscous clutch
that drives the cooling fan ... not sure I'd immediately jump to testing
sensors as on the V8 the electric cooling fan is almost a secondary
mechanism ...
