[V8] v8 not running well - maybe 4 cylinders

Well, hard to diagnose over the phone, er internet. Easy way to see
if it's actually only running on 4 cylinders is to unplug the coil on
the drivers side and passenger side alternately. It should run on
either side. If not, you may have a coil/distributor cap/rotor
problem. This should be remedied immediately. It may be too late
and you may have melted one or both cats internally. He didn't go to
the do-it-yourself carwash and powerwash the engine, by chance?

Good luck.
