You have to cut the tie wrap that holds loom wire to the plug. Slide
off the cover on the plug and then you will see a red plastic piece on
one end. Slide that out and all the pins will become free.

Subject: [V8] V8 Inscluster plugs-pins

Has anyone ever pulled the pins out of a V8 instrument cluster plug? I'm
speaking of the small ones in any of the four 26 pin connectors. I'm
trying to use them in a wiring project, and can't seem to get them out.
There is an obvious release on the outside, but pushing it in just
allows them to move about 1/8". Not actually come out all the way.
