[V8] Engine rebuild options

Hi,
be careful with used ABH engines - many of the ABHs, mainly the older
ones (91 till late 92) are known for having problems with their NiKaSil
cylinder coating. It doesn't help to change the piston rings, it's just
a waste of money. Heading for an S6 oder S6+ engine is probably the
better idea if you want to be on the safe side.
