[V8] Engine rebuild options

Mine WAS one of those - then I replaced the rings and no more oil
burning. It runs like a champ now - if you don't consider that either
a fuel pump or timing sensor is starting to fail causing hard starts
sometimes.
My bearings were all good enough to re-use, and as someone pointed
out, head bolts and rod bolts are available so really this was a
pretty easy "overhaul".
