[V8] Engine rebuild options

This was pretty much my motor exactly - if I idled after a long
decelleration, the motor would stall and then smoke like crazy after a
difficult restart.  This problem is totally gone with rebuilt heads
and new rings.  My oil consumption is now in line with a "normal
motor".  My plugs also look like they should.

I was
also always suspicious about the breather too.  An easy fix is to
re-route the "intake" of the breather system to a small filter
so it never sees any intake manifold vacuum.  The current design lets
the manifold pressure work pretty hard on the crankcase at WOT it seems to
me.

BTW, that shows it's the heads, not the rings. Generally,
