[V8] Engine rebuild options

Mr P Cole.... wow special treat to see you post up here ;-)
& as you & your boy have mentioned.... rebuilding these blocks isn't voodo magic. You just need to look around & ask the rite questions to the rite people.
I mean I just went through my 4.2's block to heads & for the 1/2hr I got to drive it it's held up nicley :-)
