[V8] Heater/defroster flap motor.

If I remember right, it is a vacuum motor - so the motor itself is  
easy to test if you can expose the tube that goes to it.  Maybe the  
best place to do that would be the vacuum switch module which is  
mounted up around the glove box.

I think there is a diagnostic mode for the climate control system too  
- where you can step through all the functions and watch for things  
to move.

Before you get too carried away though, have you looked for broken or  
loose vacuum lines?
