[V8] Fire now no start

[george.fallot at verizon.net]

    I'm trying to follow the circuit in relay #3 which
is the engine control power supply relay. I don't have
voltage at the contact #30 which goes to d50
which is a welded wiring harness point in the
engine compartment harness.
  Anyone have any idea where this might be
in the engine compartment.
