[V8] Hesitation on acceleration

I second the OXS. Also, if you suspect a rich condition, there's also the
ecu temp sensor on the back of the passenger side head. When unplugged the
ecu assumes a default setting. Maybe your's is unplugged or try unplugging
it and see if the behavior changes.
