[V8] chairs and chips

As far as the A8 seats in a V8...not sure, never
tried.
 Not sure if the seat tracks are the same dimensions.
IF, they are the same, then it would be a matter of
simpley wiring them in.

 As far as the e-bay link....words of wisdome..stay
away.
 You have really no options for chips for the 4.2. IA
has one...but @ best it's a sub 10hp increase. 

 The only way to get any HP out of the 4.2 is to spend
big money on cams, head work. You could twin turbo
it..but again big $$$.
