[V8] Hydraulic pump removal

Dave,

I have just rebuilt mine.
I followed instructions that were posted by Arun Rao for a 91 200Q.

I didn't remove the belly pan or any bolts on the A/C pump.
I did remove the silver exhaust heat shield though. It was easy and  
added more room.

You do need an impact wrench with a drag link socket to get at the  
pump O rings..
Make sure you clean the slots that the socket fits into on the pump  
so that the socket can get a good grip.
Mine all came out just fine.
You may want to replace the O rings on the end of all the connecting  
hoses too.
This can be a pain if you're all ready to re-assemble and don't have  
any!

If you haven't released the tension on the serpentine belt before,  
it's just plain weird.
You put a cranked wrench on the tension bolt over  towards the left  
front and just push down on it. It needs quite a bit of pressure, but  
the belt goes limp and slips right off the pulley.
