[V8] Lock Cyl Upgrade Kits @ Blau

I saw this awhile back, BUT, since there are apparently 2 designs for 
the V8, could not verify if this would fit.

AND... they won't let you buy just one.  They have a "minimum spending 
limit."  I mentioned this on the list sometime in Dec or Jan and started 
an anti-Blau thread (or maybe it was on AW...)
