[V8] Dip stick for the transmission

Orig V8 Owner's manual says Dexron II, and maintenance manual change every
50,000 Km's. This is for 1993.

no dipstick necessary.
ZF (the transmission manufacturer, the car should have a 5HP-18
transmission) defined  "life time" as "150.000km", so if the car is 14
years old now and has more than 100,000 miles, I`d definitely change the
oil and filter and give it a cleaning. These transmissions need a
special oil - don´t use your standard ATF! Check here for more:
