[V8] Spark plugs

I brought the ETKA part number to my local parts guy, and he came up with 
lots of different spark plugs.
I told him to take the cheapest he could get his hands on, and he did. It 
came down to about £4,50 each.
Mind you, it's a bit more expensive in Norway :(

Spark plug changing time ! Any thoughts? I've been quoted £0.98 to £7.35 
each!
Is there really that much difference in performance?
