[V8] Blau parts ordering

So, they've figured out another way to alienate and discourage customers...
I'm amazed they're still in business.  I guess it wasn't enough that their
website is a complete P.O.S. and they refuse to accept the simplest
mistakes, like shipping to Lansing, MI when the customer's address is
Lansing, IA.  I guess being simply incompetent is not enough to kill a
business these days.
