[V8] Euro Light bulbs

The one I'm thinking of had the same product shown on the eBay auction
(like this one: http://tinyurl.com/3ce88m) with three different price
options. The more expensive looked like it came with more wiring or
whatnot. The 44Performance website appears to be down, and I'm fairly
certain it wasn't in German.
