[V8] Blau parts ordering

[Lanier Pratt]

I've had more and more trouble with dealing with them.  The site is a  
nightmare and
no one is willing to listen to any criticism about it.  Obviously,  
they spent a lot of money
on it and don't want to hear that it was a poor investment.  They  
used to give discounts
to repeat customers, but have done away with that if I remember  
correctly.  Bad business
in my opinion.
