[V8] Battery for 1990 V8

I buy Interstates from the company owned local wholesale outlet for about 
$60 or $70.  Of course, that's been a while ago, so inflation will kick it 
up.  I've bought them since CU called them # 1 in the 80's.  The CU rank has 
dropped since then, but I haven't seen any difference.
