[V8] Rear Defrost Inop

Good to know, Ingo.  I think I lucked out and used a later switch in
an early car (my 89 200) and that worked fine.

Did this "changeover" coincide with the in/out position of the switch
itself versus the one push on, one push off, with the button returning
to the same position either way, that being on an even plane with the
rest of the button faces?
