Patrick Bedard of C&D fame was once on 60 Minutes and used a Hemingway
quote to sum up the reason for owning a Countach (or any 12 cylinder
ubber car), a car which "makes no practical sense whatsoever."
Don't recall the exact quote, but it was something along the lines of
"Pheasant hunting is worth whatever you have to pay to do it."
