[V8] Rear Fog Light

Of course, regardless of switch position, the rear fog light (and front fog lights) only come on when the headlights are in low beam (dipped).  Some time ago a lister complained about folks always running around with their front fogs on--IMHO those that run around (probably without knowing it) with their rear fog on should have their licenses removed!  From the rear it will look like they have their brake lights on (with the right side burnt out).
