[V8] How to R&R rear diff seal...& what type of fluid..75-90W????

I should do a search...or I should at least know how
this stuff. Hard to believe I've never replaced or had
to R&R any of this stuff before.

 But I know how to remove the axle, ect....I just need
to know if there are any special gotchas I need to
know about removing the flange shaft from the side of
the rear diff? I see there is a bolt that goes through
the center of the flange shaft to hold it to the side
of the diff. Afetr removing that bolt do I need to use
a puller to yank it out? or can at that point it be
wiggled out?

 & what kinda fluid do I use? & please don't say use
Redline.....I'll use OE fluid..just need to know what
weight.
