[V8] How to R&R rear diff seal...& what type of fluid..75-90W????

Sooooo, what was Keith's response in a nutshell.   I've been meaning  
to replace those fluids also, and as I have most of a gallon of  
Valvoline Syn Power 75-90 synthetic from my recent truck refluid, was  
thinking of using that, but was waiting to hear what you ended up  
doing....I've been trying for 10 years to find a place to put my "bad  
cop,no donut" bumper sticker, and maybe I should send it to your wife  
so she can put it on your car...    ;-)....Tom
