[V8] Disable security lockup of the radio

Is this for the Delta's?  I thought they were "hard" coded and couldn't
be changed.  

Please post the procedure when you get it.  It would be great not to have
to deal with the "SAFE" again and using an anti-theft feature for a radio
nobody would steal if you left it on the hood of the car.  ;-)
