The economics between Europe and the US are entirely different and
there is no relevant comparison possible.

The liberal media has finally won and brainwashed/guilted the SUV
driving majority into believing that there is any relevance between
gas prices here and in Europe and that they must pay pennance for
their inappropriate squandering of fuel at the pumps.
