[V8] monkey lads strike again

The heli-coil set says to use a 21/64 drill to open/clean up the hole to run
the heli-coil in.
I don't have a bit that size, which leaves me wondering... I bought the
heli-coil set to fix something when I did a t-belt job on my 5spd years ago
and had a stripped bolt somewhere on that. Maybe since I don't have the
drill bit, I did it without?
