Another statement I second. My left rear caliper was stuck -- due
either to a jammed up slider (one had a torn bootie) or the e-brake
spring not returning. Either way, the right side had approximately zero
pad left, the left still had a few 16ths.
I media-blasted the hats, and cleaned and lubed everything so you could
slide the caliper with one finger. Soaked the bejeezus out of the
spring and it's coming around pretty good... not the full-on sproinngg
like the right side, but it does return.
