Be careful about changing the setting of the cable adjustment ... you may
end up reducing the amount of braking you can get from the e-brake.  Make
sure all the cables are free.  I believe the adjustment is done by measuring
the location of the yoke on the threaded rod ...

center support bearing.
 I just redid both my e-brake cable yesterday...& let
me tell you it is a true PITA!!!! But,
the adjuster nut is 10 or 11mm.
