[V8] Tuned by Jager

The whole spare tire well is a piece of fiberglass that is sealed/
glued in. Maybe that seal is broken somewhere?
I know I took mine out without to much trouble. I kept steady "up"
pressure on the well with a floor jack, and pried up the seal with a
screw driver. To reseal, I just used some double sided tape. Seems
to have worked OK so far anyway.
