[V8] Booring but essential need....

I am wondering if anyone has a front license plate bracket for a V8.  This
seems to be a difficult item to source.  Originally, they came in the car
from Audi, and my 1993 had one under the spare tire in a plastic baggie
sealed from the maker.

I need to have one for my 1990, as Maine uses two plates and they are
tagging cars without them.  It is also a requirement that both plates be
mounted in order to pass inspection. 

I would prefer NOT to buy one new from the Stealer for the obvious (and
odious) reasons.
