[V8] 19" wheels

Ok...so far... that's two for "don't do it", and zero for doing it.

Even with the correct tire circumference?   I guess besides shattering
my teeth and the windshield (and I'm all too familiar with the unsprung
weight issue), it would have to be real-life DTM low or else it'd just
still look goofy?
