[V8] V8 Catalytic Converters

Hey Listers,
Does anyone have Cat laying around that the could give me measurements off  
of? I'm going to have to replace my cats to pass state emissions. 
Specifically, I'm looking for the flange dimensions so I can weld a similar  
one onto a generic cat(s) and save some big $$ vs. OEM (big $$). I can't  
measure the hole to hole dimension accurately from under the car. 
If someone had one laying around they could throw a tape measure on that  
would be great vs. me just winging it. 
Or, if anyone has near new take off cats they want to sell let me know off  
list.
