[V8] rear window chatter

All of this rear window chatter reminded me that the rear window heating
elements do not work in my V8.  The wrench says that there is very high
resistance which would mean that the wiring is cooched, I guess.  Not sure,
but it appears doubtful that there is a "fix" unless the entire rear window
is replaced, which is not an option.  

I may have to live with it as is.  On the other hand I am planning on not
driving a lot in really bad weather anyway, so maybe it won't matter.
