[V8] 5-Spd High Idle

Thanks for all the suggestions.? After lubricating the linkage with some "Rust Blaster"? the 5-spd is back to normal.

I think I will do a little pre maintenance on the other V8's before they start sticking.

The bearings on the throttle shaft are probably seizing.
