[V8] suspension update

Good to know, Ed.  I absolutely abhore HD's -- they're always way too stiff
when paired with stock springs ime on any variation of the type 44 cars, but
acceptable in the Urq.  Nice to know the Koni Yellows work well with stock
springs.  I'll keep that in mind.
